Technically. I relined the original emoji, and colored it so it didnt look so blurry. Its more trace than complete redraw, because when i redrew it it lost its charm

So, the original video is from 2010, and its maxxed at 240p, so thats probably as good as its going to get naturally.
this leaves us with either upscaling it and using some oil effects to make it sharper, or using other pics of him to piece together a HQ version.
