Drake be signing people when he really doesn't need to. Same s*** happened with Makonnen. Should have just given him the feature instead of giving him a deal. No reason why Smiley should be signed to OVO Sound. None whatsoever.

He probably wanted to give Baka a deal for an extra income stream lol. The others I’m not sure. Definitely other artists they could’ve signed that would’ve contributed immensely to the label.
