so Daoud and Mejiwahn who along with the Belgian Shungu produced the majority of the liv.e album are both former Salami collaborators gotta say a lot of this got that dreamy SJRL vibe tbh, that and Madlib production for Erykah and Georgia Anne Muldrow are the two things I'm reminded of and that's an absolutely gorgeous pairing

I’m so glad i can put others on to her lmao, she’s so dope. i would say honestly listen to everything on streaming, going from most recent backwards. pre-2017 stuff is a bit harder to find/know about cus she’s still coming up and has been vocal about having trouble being able to put stuff on streaming or rerelease due to problems with random engineers or producers. and from what she says her creative process/identity is far ahead of her older stuff now, even recently she tweeted abt wanting Muthaland out cus she was already deep in the creative process for the next project. i was gonna write a list of projects to listen to, but most of them are small eps/tapes and on streaming so really they’re all worth a listen. i got into her from my girl showing me the RULES video two or so years ago and i loved her style/sound ever since. these are some of my favorites tho
