uh, idk for sure, but i'd say no, they're all friends and are up and coming so that'd be counterproductive for them to pay each other for every single beat and feature (especially at the rate they make music) . i'm 99% sure artists mean people they don't know wanting features, opens and repost chains.

for ex. somebody like Pi'erre didn't charge Trippie when they were both on the come up, but now since they've both blown up and have plenty of money and success, Pi'erre charges a price for beats now (80k--a discount for Trippie), because he knows his worth and knows Trippie isn't some lowkey artist.

Even Alex Tumay has done work for free/very minimal financial gain, b/c he knows not every artist has the money right out the gate. I think only when they fully blow up will they do what you're saying, and break bread for every collab and feature.
