bro the cosmetics in previous games were limited like the free cosmetics in new games anyways

and no doubt they'll sell branded packs of clothes, boards, wheels etc alongside free cosmetics too keeping the game fresh much like other successful live service games

because games like Fortnite and Rocket League have shown immense growth and staying power by offering a generic experience for general audience/casual gamers and most service games are s*** yeah but its a new world and they wouldnt have bothered making a new game if this wasnt the model

They removed pay to win lootboxes from battlefront 2 like a week after release due to fan outrage. Game low key a classic and ended up the best Star Wars game once all dlcs & what not released
