Just finished the middle school and worship hall section. Major Saw vibes. The jigsaw puzzles are obv , but the choices Hinako makes

Side note as a huge Saw fan. SH gives all the makings for an interesting Saw game. If Neobard wasn’t busy making SH I’d love a Saw game from them (though that portion of the game scratched an itch )

Been seeing a lot of complaint about the clunky combat.

started playing the SH2 remake today and this is scratching that horror game itch

beat the game this afternoon.

this play-through was a long time coming. I had been wanting to play the original forever, but this remake being so easily accessible made it an easier choice. I think this may have the greatest atmosphere in any video game ever, even more than the first game in the series. it is drenched in fog and mystery, and the score was breathtaking. truly one of, if not the greatest score in gaming history. the plot of the game was also extremely interesting and it kept me engaged all the way to the credits. the emotions and feelings this game elicited out of me are like no other. this is truly a one of a kind experience and as a big horror media fan, this ranks at the top. I hope to someday replay this masterpiece, but on the PS2.

Doesn’t seem to be any English translation available though.
