opium goblinhonestly as someone whos smoked pretty heavily since like age 16 and is now 20 im thinking about quitting soon as well for the last 6 months - year, smoking has been russian roulette for me in terms of getting really bad anxiety and bad thoughts
which is profoundly sad because i love weed, but now its just at the point with me where its usually a negative experience more often than a goood one
in addition i cannot function when high at all, or be productive at least, as soon as im above like a 4/10 high anything productive that needs to be done isn't getting done
Was in a situation very similar to this and I can say 3 weeks later that taking the break was absolutely worth it. I can come back to it in a few months with a clear mind and see if I can enjoy it more

Some dreams I remember, and some I can't really explain.. I wouldn't know where to start or how to explain it. Some dreams I woule feel like I was in a movie, for example I was getting chased and was safe for a bit. I would then wake up to drink some water, go back to sleep and the dream would continue. Once it would end, my alarm would go, and I was up.
Been over a month without it. Was honestly pretty easy which is good. No urge to smoke..

Yeaa that’s one thing that dissuades me a lil. Ofc it’s worth it but every time I stop I get crazy nightmares and night sweats for like 3 weeks

i have also accepted that i am a stoner and weed is my vice. no shame no guilt just vibing thru life.
my takeaway is assess your relationship with weed and make sure it is healthy, moderate, manageable, and under control.
