I mean age can help, cause with life comes experience and more time spent on ur craft which can translate to better art, but I dont think age should be a huge factor in deciding the best.

I would say yes if u speak of it in terms of longevity not much so when they started making art , because with a lot of artists they been making s*** for the longest time before they even blew up and that s*** is never released. Its each artist decision on how they tackle releasing art, one can decide to gain more experience and drop or not
