Weird weird vibes with Erika Kirk. Sad for the kids but her speech was such a hallow, cynical performance. So much intentional whispering on certain lines, repeating words with a voice quiver, looking up at the sky at moments. All so odd and rehearsed. I feel like you really have to watch it to understand how unbelievably strange it is

@Everest im reckon shes not dissimilar from her husband in beliefs and whatnot but...idk how seemingly rationally id be acing if my partner got killed and it was a national story and i was speaking about it in front of a large audience.. i feel like given the circumstances its like within the range of variance..i mean the event even being a thing is like..strange lol

yea i get that on its face. I also been saying that since I was a teen. Like seeing the rhetoric around trayvon for instance is like...nothing new people of a previous generation saw rodney king, etc etc. This on its face is nothing new I just didn't spend time imagining being older in this future even though it was to be expected.. its wack!
