It didn't really pick up any steam but yeah. He posted the snippets on the leak site and deleted them when somebody bought them.
IIRC they were later unreleased songs of DOOM and not from his classics as he didn't have any old files.

Honestly when it comes to that era I’m just hearing stuff from old timers in the industry who worked with guys that worked with those classic artists.
As far as rock, a lot of the classic rock s*** has been aired out but so many of them are pedos. But what might not be known is that the labels back then were well aware and even supportive of their proclivities. Helping them acquire victims and cover up crimes. Truly sickening.
Some more modern-ish rock stuff, but Dave Grohl wrote some of the big nirvana songs Kurt gets credit for. He also originally wanted to keep the nirvana name going but that was obviously not gonna happen.
