Generational redemption arc for Milchick incoming
He's too good of a character to waste bring a straight villain
I thought they'd turn his old boss first but idk she too devoted.
my thing is, why did she go inside as her innie and give some pussi up ???
freakk ahh
My theory I posted a page or two ago on the cold harbor project turning Gemma into a highly advanced s***doll gives credence to this.
However, the more popular irrational theory that has this "logic" attached would say that Helena is t*** deep in an elite, wealthy religious cult with a humongous amount of power and influence. It's quite clear from the snippets we've seen of interactions with her family and those in their circle that relationships are cold and hollow, ambition and success are key.
Thus, we can assume Helena never had a normal life and her dating and having normal relationships would be frowned upon or outright forbidden. She's an eagen. So she must be "better".
So her seeing her inner self kissing Mark was the first time in her life she saw herself having a genuine connection founded on emotions and care for one another, rather than formed because of blood and duty to your religion or purpose.
And in her mind it wasn't even her that got to experience it.
She was clearly envious and wanted to understand what it felt like to have a genuine bond with someone.
Her going undercover just further helped achieve her goals both personally and professionally without suspicion.

i think its a mix of that second theory and this idea that she was trying to keep AND advance the act as her innie that she studied by watching that kiss over and over again to extract deep info and maybe implement ideas into Marks head
feel like joining reddit and talking about how irv drowning "helly" was symbolically like a baptism or some s*** 🧐
Sure, here’s a Reddit post about how Irving’s attempted drowning of “Helly” was symbolically a baptism:

Okay, I’ve been thinking about that moment for hours now, and I genuinely think Irving dragging “Helly” to the stream and dunking her under isn’t just about exposing her—it’s a baptism.
Not a baptism into Lumon’s ideology (like the Eagans would probably want), but a forced, violent baptism into truth.
Throughout history, water is used to symbolize change, purification, rebirth—but also suffocation, drowning, and losing oneself. In Christian baptism, it’s about being reborn into faith—but here, Irving is

She definitely has her own agenda independent from the company even though she still seems wrapped up in the culty side of Lumon.
A ton of interesting theories surrounding her origin that shed some light on her complicated motivations. Cant say im too interested in that right now because the Milchick screentime has been too good this season.

This 100%. Their convo in the tent and her expression of self loathing was completely genuine imo. In comparison to her other interactions especially with Irv. I’d argue that her intentions were completely self involved because all of the tools were at her disposal to improve her cover with Irv yet she barely tried. She was locked in on Mark. She seems less dedicated than Cobel even. She carries herself with a Roman Roy esque ironic dependence on her father’s legacy and approval rather than any self motivated goals involving Lumon. Mark or true intimacy and human connection seems like her only way out of this cycle.
Mark S a d***head man!!

In love with this
Mark S a d***head man!!
Facts but chill on my grieving king
Look at it one of two ways, or both most likely.
The reintegration is moving forward and Mark is slowly downloading all of the weight and the trauma that life has put on outie Mark. His personality would naturally change and start to reflect his other half. Also, of course he would have a problem with funerals.
Or
Innie Mark for the first time has to deal with the intense pain and confusion that comes with the betrayal and sexual abuse that Helena put on him. His entire world must feel shattered to some extent.
milchick just be killing his scenes
Milchik is such an amazing character. its impossible to get a drop on how he is feeling.
One of the best tv villains in a long, long time
Also phenomenal acting by Natalie. When the camera cuts to her you can see her little micro-expressions, clearly upset about the paintings but then it shifts back to the corporate blank stare
