I'd say no to reintegration.
1\. Burt. For Irv's innie Burt is dead basically but if he was reintegrated i think there'd be a finer balance in his emotions over it
2\. Irving's outie seems know more than anyone including Mark about Lumon and can somehow send messages to his innie. There was a scene in ep 2 where outie Irv said "my innie got the message" on the phone to someone (and outie Burt was spying). That might be why Irv B knew so fast about Helly. If you're reintegrated you wouldn't need to send messages, you'd just be both versions.
Irv is the only outie this show hasn't explored and its prob because he is the key. Getting fired (again) is prob going to lead to him meeting reintegrated Mark
It’s all apart of his plan
final scene when Milchick says as if Irv didn't exist at all is dark AF
Milchick a sick mfer
mark was p**** whipped
I legit think Outie Helly about to have innie Marks baby and that is Lumons plan all along

Tbf for some reason Mark is an important part of Lumons plan.

irv is the goat man
i love when a character is smart and does something conniving, sharp, tricky, cleverer than the audience is anticipating.

It's good that most shows now are going back to the weekly release model. Binge model never made sense in the social media era

empowers unemployed people way too much imo!!!
just kidding, I just like having hot takes on it
Cast talking abl it what's coming up and the meaning of some things. Potentially very spoilery

i like that this ep was kind of like a bottle episode by the opposite since the innies never go outside
