A theory is an explanation of a given physical observation. A law is a statement. Science itself is the process by which information is collected, tested and replicated.
Science is not a theory.

You misused that definition. Scientific theory is not equal to the literary thought of theory. Scientific theory is a collection of hypotheses which agree with experiment and observed facts which are connected together with an overall narrative of sorts.
All astrology is pseudoscientific. There is no strong evidence for astrology, but there is strong evidence, experimentation, and observations for many, many scientific theories. All studies committed to astrology have found no linkage.
