mr get doughOf course, LL is a legend and was my first favorite rapper I really go harder for him than most people but at a certain point people can surpass the legends and I do think Drake and Kendrick have surpassed him and thats not to take anything away from him. I think they are both better lyricist and have made better albums than LL’s best albums and will go on to be super influential as well.
It's more than just discography with how i rank things I suppose. Like i consider impact and influence and when I think of LL's influence vs like K Dot it's different.
Not to take anything away from him though.
Also the fact that LL had hits in the 80s , 90s, and 2000s is mindblowing to me
