SH1 was released as Drake's 2018 return after a 6-month hiatus back in 2017. Right now, on streaming platforms, there's no SH1 because God's Plan went on to be added to Scorpion so all that's there is Diplomatic Immunity as a solo track.
SH2 dropped because CLB was supposed to drop in 2020 and his reasoning with dropping DLDT earlier in that year was that it was going to serve as the placeholder before CLB dropped later that year. After he announced the delay of CLB in January 2021, he put SH2 together as another placeholder until the album could be delivered.
Counting the release of CLB, Drake dropped 3 studio albums in the span of 14 months. He's gearing up to tour this year and he knows he has fed his fans with a lot of music since the last time he went on tour but I imagine he'll want to continue his streak of at least 1 full length project a year so my guess is that he drops another project — a solo album before his tour starts (which will likely be around summer time).
I also think he'll make an appearance on every OVO Sound project that drops this year.
