honestly in the mood for an average to bad Xbox 360 era style game that youd buy in 2009 because there was nothing else out at the time but you kind of ended up enjoying anyway

Damn, I was initially hella excited when it was announced and even overlooked the character choice for the reboot, but man this does not look good the more comes out about it.

I knew it was over when we got that garbage ass character creator. If they really wanted to do a reboot in a empty desert, AT LEAST build uppn the mechanica that we've already seen literally just over 10 years ago.

No doubt this will be fun but it shoulda came out 4 years ago

Agreed. Characters seem corny like I expected, but it’s still fun the hour or so I’ve played. Nothing groundbreaking but fun nonetheless.

The dialogue is so cringy in their attempts to sound hip and modern, all that "smells like privilege" "capitalism!!!" Etc is embarrassing, especially coming in a saints row game lmaoo

Yeah this game looks ass, but I can't imagine being a developer wasting years of your life on a project, maybe even crunching just for it to come out and get absolutely s*** on before it even releases
