well you assumed a lot from me just saying that but im going based on the bm/bd dynamics i’ve seen play out in real life. once parents split, most times the father doesnt provide equally, whether that be financially or supportively, so it ends up with them being taken to court to either provide that structure financially or supportively (custody schedules)
she could even request alimony if she wanted to
