Nah this isn’t the norm. This isn’t cosmetics, they are straight up locking stores and side missions that are in-game.

They know everybody will buy the ultimate because of that. They are normalizing games costing a $100, AND you are not allowed to own it physically either.

Preorder a collectors edition even if you don’t want one the flip will be crazy
