Yeah, similar to RDR2, Strangers and Freaks quest lines and the like. Save the more eccentric characters for that. It’s also what series like Yakuza does, have a more serious main story and save the goofier s*** for side content.
I’m wondering if on the satire side if they’ll keep things a bit more general, sort of social epochs to lampoon as opposed to more specific trends, events and figures in order to avoid making the game feel dated in that respect.
I’m sure it’s something they’ve been conscious of given how long the game’s been in development.
