Craziest thing about this (like pretty much every game tbh) is as epic as this is going to be, the game we get is going to have a ton of cool s*** cut that they couldn't add due to budget/technical limitations etc. I suppose a company like Rockstar is probably the closest a dev is to being able to make pretty much whatever and not worry about the cost but of of course even for them there is a limit
