PlayStation still does deals for things like no pc at launch . Also doing no pc for first year helps them prepare for piracy and anti cheat . It’s been this way for 20 years . You can’t name a rockstar game that launched day and date on pc . There is a logical reason for that

No. Sony has a marketing deal for the game. It is releasing on Xbox day and date. It is no pc due to rockstar being a console first studio, they always have been since the early 2000’s and that isn’t changing now.

They do not have a “you can’t release on pc” exclusivity deal

Rockstar purposely not releasing on pc to optimize the pc version and to catch people double dipping just like with gta 4, gta 5, and rdr2

There is no desire to release on pc day 1. Agreement is better word than deal per se. It also makes all companies involved more money and drives up demand for consoles
