max payne 1+2 remake already in production

I know it’s just me but I actually find it satisfying every time I see this s*** get delayed lol this really gonna be Peak when it drops gotta wait for the right moment
When this gets reset after it gets delayed to Fall 2027

Imagine when the RP servers kick in with the new improved hot coffee minigame and you make the homes bust before you do a drive by

I can't wait to see how much more involved and lifelike the cutscenes are in this.
This screencap here from the trailer already looks like it's going to be one of the most mature, movie like cutscenes rockstar has done yet for GTA. Looks like a straight movie scene with the lighting and 2 characters who look like they really are in love. Obviously RDR2 started the trend to more cinematic flair in the cutscenes and overall game and I can't wait to see how much more evolved it is. The central relationship, which has been given a lot of focus in the trailers must really be a big part of this game and seeing how that fleshes out will be interesting.
........man this just got delayed another 5 or 6 months why tf am I talking about this damn game smh
But w/e lol what are some of y'all favorite screens from trailer or website that has you hyped the most
RDR2 is as old now as Bully 1 was when GTA V came out
What you mean Bully 1? As if these selfish mfs gave us a sequel

Right I'm lmao I'm like do homie know something we don't
I wish this takes more of the red dead style of writing honestly. I feel like that south park-lite s*** is played out, and I don't want them to turn it up to saints row level

I feel like it’ll be leaning in more that direction.
V’s tone was clearly in response to reactions towards IV’s.

So hopefully we go back to IV. that had the best GTA story imo by a country mile
But also like, since when did people not like the tone of IV and felt it needed changing? That was never the consensus, it gets nothing but love for being dead serious

Nah, I definitely remember complaints about the tone back around its release.
That’s the game where the “ludo-narrative dissonance” argument started rearing its’ head.

I feel like there's no way V has a better story/tone reception than IV
I've never engaged with these sentiments you speak of
Edit: looking at decade-plus old posts. I'm seeing these sentiments
very interesting
