someone noticed that there was noticeable flooding at one point in the first trailer and that the plane scene in the second trailer was rly stormy weather

maybe there's a period in the story where the map is majorly affected? same way there were LS riots in San Andreas for a mission or two

gta IV had this on a smaller scale with in-map destruction or map changes during the story mode but maybe they're gonna ramp it up
