Paris literally the perfect city for GTA satire, it would be an amazing stand in for the whole current state of the EU/Europe

from the rich (often very covertly racist) that live completely divided lives from the poor and the immigrants
the violent protests that happen every few months
the colonial history resulting in mass immigration and a city with two sides - the beautiful historic one you see in the movies and the crime ridden neighbourhoods, the gangs and the violence

its a beautiful city that would look amazing in a video game, it has plenty of contemporary issues that would make for amazing satire that would be a metaphor for the whole state of the world RN, the crime aspect is there, etc

EDIT: I do realize a lot of this would appeal mostly to EU gang cause we can relate to this s*** a bit more, so I get why it wouldn't work on a global scale perhaps

It's a cool idea in theory to do another country but just make alot more sense to keep it some type of fictionalised America . Especially when these games are as huge and long lasting as they are, it's really unlikely they would take that risk.
