the way this dude talks is hilarious 😂
Ain't no way this is out in 2024 especially with them just recently getting the PS5 Pro developer kits (According to Tom Henderson/Insider Gaming and this was about 1st party developers and others Sony does have a close relationship to) where I do expect the game to run at native 4K @ 60 FPS or an upscaled 1440p-1800p to 4K @ 60 FPS... Anyway under 2 days left until the first trailer is out guys!
Oh and...

I mean, couldn’t they do that in an update?
Makes sense to get this out the door around the Holiday’s next year, it’s their go to. Game’s been in development for so long it’s hard to imagine them announcing it for next year, and then delaying for another year, especially given how they’ve apparently changed how they develop games post RDR2 due to the level of crunch involved.
Feel like they wouldn’t announce a release window at this juncture with being sure about it to avoid having to subject developers to crunch in case of a delay.

Relax with the PC 2026 stuff man
If they announce the game for next fall/winter, 2024 is basically gonna be:
First Half: JRPGs
Second Half: GTA VI
Wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of publishers are waiting to see when this drops before announcing/fixing a release date for their respective games.

Sorry Broksi. I still esl level when it comes to English

Seeing as GTA VI is the blockbuster release, will other developers want to release their games around the same timeframe for exposure?

They could do that yes... But I think it's very likely that GTA VI will get delayed at least 1-2 times so it's out some time in 2025 and that would mean it running and looking better both on the PS5 and PS5 Pro.
And I think it would be better for the game to get released when it's the right time to do it which I think releasing it in 2024 would be a bad idea and with a game that huge as GTA VI is going to be and what it would benefit from taking advantage of what the PS5/PS5 Pro has to offer so would it not be enough time to release it 11-12 months after its announcement... I mean they might try to release it Holiday 2024 but let's be honest... It's getting delayed once at least fam
@elvis Oh for sure... But dunno if they're going to make us wait 11-12 years until GTA VII is out though. But with the success of GTA V/GTA Online so won't a PS5/PS5 Pro version of it be enough... This is coming to the PS6 as well at least!
PS5 Pro + GTA VI bundle is gonna be like $1200+ man…
The PS5 + Spider-Man 2 bundle is actually the same price as just the ps5 though. Usually it’s not the price added in, right?
But yeah the ps5 pro will probably be pretty pricey. Maybe $600 and $700 for a 1tb and 2tb model
