its open world still hasn’t been surpassed for 10 years since its release

GTA 5 was an objectively amazing open world, I don’t think anyone would disagree with that.
The only true complaints I’ve seen about that game is with the story, and that is a very valid criticism

The narrative needed more weight to it

Broski wasn’t a fan of gta 5 but opening mission was legendary af. Why these mfs don’t be taking that mafia 2 route and having a winter season don’t make no sense to my pale ass famo. They can do so much with snowy weather

i love V’s story

if people use movie genres to describe GTA stories then 5 is a big budget action movie

it’s also the only story in the series not held back by tech limitations

we need more snowy open world games in general going off 5’s opening and Miles Morales

think Far Cry 4 was kinda like that and i f***ed with it

I mean if we are talking set pieces, then yea V has great set pieces and heists. But the story itself does absolutely nothing for me

There’s just not enough there to actually be a gripping story imo . Imo the only time the story felt actually tense and had weight, was when Trevor found out about Michael’s secret. But that was just for one mission

Michael’s story was the only one that felt fleshed out, but I still feel like Rockstar could’ve done a lot more with his story

Replayed it over the summer, still 1080p 30, but it didn’t look bad imo

I don't think people would use it much first playthrough, but I could def see the helpfulness of it for people that wanna 100% the game

After you've put x amount of time into the games you pretty much see 99% of interactions and don't really have much interest in it. I mean I beat GTA V's story three separate times and unless I was just f***ing around I had seen most if not all the open world had to offer

i don’t think they’d announce it a month in advance just for some landscape shots but that could just be copium
