Another day closer

I just upgraded my tv sound system from nothing to a surround system. I wanted to test it and booted up gta 4 dlcs and first song that came up was Arab Money again

Lowkey worried I will get sick during the time off I booked to play the game.

Haven’t been sick in over a year and the weather is getting colder, don’t want my body hitting its usual sickness cycle during that time.

Definitely in spite of, for this generation at least

• Take at least 1 shower this month
• Exercise
• Don't leave the house with wet hair
• Don't leave the house at all
• Don't think so many negative thoughts
• Laugh with friends (not too much)
• Avoid processed foods
• Maintain your electrolyte balance
• Do not be afraid
• Listen to a lot of music
• Also have time for peace and quiet
• Have attractive woman in your life
• Spend time with said attractive woman
• Avoid chocolate unless it's 80%+ dark
