For me I really want house robberies and for them to be as adhoc and detailed as the store robberies seem to be.
Like you can opt to take the house owners car but you have to get better equipment like a keyless car unlocker
some houses have home alarm systems and you need a stand by hacker
some houses have pets and you need to find a way to distract or incapacitate.
time of day is important you can try sneaking whilst they are asleep, gun point, tie ups or just massacre.
