Apparently there are straight up gang compounds in the game that can you infiltrate and steal s*** from, and given that the extended look literally opens the way it does, I would assume so.

Wonder if the game will follow a similar sort of “roadtrip” structure as RDR2 and San Andreas, where you’re routed to different sections of the map through different chapters, possibly fleeing the law.
