Just had a very bad first impression
Lmao "Atlanta"
Wait whoa is this nigga tryna leak the ending??
Nah he said y'all didn't see his vision cus y'all let his coin flop
Dawg, I'm saying, the marketing for this is ramping UP. They going nutso and we're not even through October
It’s prob just for s***and showers
Review copies at the end of this month I got excited as if im getting one
Imagine how much stuff they will exhaust before Nov 19
dude was in possession of what could've been the worst leak in history and completely fumbled all of it
absolute dumbass
He deadass would've spoiled the party lol but there was always the hurdle of the Dev kit metadata being the same thing that would get Rockstar hounds to sniff him out.
This is why it's game of the life
naw need for speed fire + it has real cars
sometimes u just want to race without a open world wrapper over it

Is Heat their last good jawn?
Those 2 shots at the very end are interesting
People will be more focused on the suburban one but that building in Leonida seemed out of place to the point where I think that's where the culmination of the game happens
Yeah I feel like he showed that random fly through of those areas with no context for a reason

mmm i heard good things about unbound but didnt play it
Heat actually got me into the series tho lol bc i tried it as a free game then liked it so much i bought a physical copy (the night and day mechanic is dope and the gambling aspect of the cop chases can make it really nerve wracking 😭)
Then i tried Hot Pursuit remastered which i really love. Its no open world and not a lot of car customization. But the missions/races are really well done and fun to play imo.
NFS Unbound was ok
Last classic NFS game was most wanted by criterion. Everything after that has been mediocre or ok.

Hot Pursuit Remastered is the best thing Criterion has made since Burnout Revenge
The actual GOATs of arcade racers

Oh s***, Heat was your first? That's pretty cool.
Mine was NFS Porsche and Hot Pursuit 2 from way way back in the 00s but then I really got into it with Underground, Most Wanted 2005, and Carbon. There was nothing quite like the series at the time.
And yeah NFS hot pursuit 2010 is very good. I haven't played the remastered version but it prolly has some quality of life things added to it, plus it still looks gorgeous. They cooked with that one.

such a good and well executed game bro.. it really surprised me

The cops in Heat really chase you down like they wrote their will and are ready to go

Immaculate game
Small detail but I love the little factoids the menu narrator gives you about the car while you select the color
Burnout 3 > Burnout Revenge > NFS: HP Remastered
I could live without every other racing game on the planet if you left me those

yeah i used to be kind of dismissive of arcade racers in favor of more simulation stuff like Gran Turismo and Forza but now I realized I kind of like arcade racers more lol
i do remember the heydey of NFS tho..
and i actually bought NFS underground 2 to play on my 360 but it runs really choppy so its kinda unplayable sadly..

Underground 2 overrated anyways compared to 1
It might not be open world but they nailed the core gameplay loop harder imo

My cousin had Burnout Revenge but his disc was all kinds of scratched lmao. We even tried the trick of putting it in the fridge for a short bit to hide the scratches and fool the PS2 but that didn't work sadly. Didn't know about the toothpaste hack at the time lol

Watch your profanity
The arguments when the reviews drop will be hilarious .

I don't think there's a single all timer open world racing game
Maybe Most Wanted? But that had a gameplay feature that made it make sense to be open world
All the Horizon's are overrated slop
NFS underground 2 cutscene image about character having his mind blown over s m s technology on a phone is a core memory
