Bonuses often based on reviews not sales . Very little job security. Are some overpriced living outside their means ? Yes . Some of it also cronyism

Covid didn’t help either before any form of unions formed . Work from home slowed development while CEOs saw record profits and didn’t trickle it down especially on American side . Eastern studios preach no layoffs and CEOs often take pay cuts . Americans don’t care and more expensive here
