TDUB701There was a time that GTA games had the ugliest graphics in the industry due to how large scale the games were compared to its linear competition, how things have changed lol
Yeah, San Andreas is not very pretty especially when considering that Metal Gear Solid games from the second one were considered gorgeous for the time, but the open world aspect in San Andreas was that impressive.

Yep, back then we just took the frozen frame faces and ps1 level hands/mits with all the fingers stuck together on the chin because of how far ahead the game world was
Now we got state of the art top of the line graphics to go with the superior open world and we got lil things like explosion textures getting critiqued

The people making the most noise were never gonna play it anyway, it's the same s*** that happened with the grifters when The Odyssey came out. You can find the film itself mid, not like the costumes, or the controversy of where some of the scenes were shot, all that, and it's fine, but the grifters were going at it for every single thing that didn't align with what they wanted vs the director's vision, because they had made their mind up already

Sep 23Will SimpI believe Rockstar when they said the game is so large they don't even know what they should show. I don't pity them at all trying to come up with trailers for this game, they could never satisfy everybody
But yeah, I wish the extended look was more showing off the systems we read about in the previews after. That's where GTA really shines, the immersive and interactive world. We'll probably get that in the gameplay trailer within a month from now but at this point, I don't feel like the marketing is doing this game justice
