I think in the opening there’s a moment where a dude does clearly check Lucia out and she looks back at Jason when he does.
I would not be surprised if you can get catcalled and s*** when out in public as Lucia, and then you can precede to give them an MMA asswhopping.

That TTG guy on YouTube said when he went to Rockstar HQ, he saw a lady make a rude comment towards Lucia and she slapped that rude lady which attracted the lady's husband or something, but when Lucia called Jason over, the dude left real quick. S*** like that is wild for emergent gameplay that has nothing to do with the main story

And we still haven’t even seen the social media component yet, which is supposed to be integral.
Wouldn’t be surprised if they release an entire video dedicated solely to that given how expansive it seems to be.
