thats what it costs to run a company have employees and make games this big
thats not the BUDGET of the game
I mean. If that’s what the company produces / makes. Then yes. That precisely IS the budget of the game. That’s how companies track budget of games. How long it will take to make and pay the employees.

i get the whole this is GTA6 we dont gotta show anything
but i for real think they took it too far
with the amount of delays, a newsletter every month with a screenshot or some cheeky hints on IG wouldve gone a long way for them and create goodwill
instead they kept super quiet and only popped out when it was about $$$
