This so far feels very QA

1-2 minute clips is the exact length we record to show bugs and all of these clips have had something I would consider a bug to report.

i think its a playtest session thats been cut up for QA purposes

Would be surprising though because I’m sure Rockstar especially would vet the absolute s*** out of anyone and everyone they’ve allowed to so much as touch the game, but I guess you can’t catch everything.

They really dont let people playtest to the level you are thinking . That is high risk for NDAs of leaking. Vs QA is an employee contract or not that you can trace a leak easier. In QA we do things like they are doing its not all structured sometimes you just do random things to try to break the game or find clipping like we are seeing or odd animations.

QA is the only one that could make clips like this. How they got them out of studio is a bigger question. Could have downloaded from slack or whatever they use or Jira

Rockstar about to institute cavity searches to make sure no one brings in a USB up their ass.

If they can access slack outside of work they can download to phone or laptop. Just a matter of if their security has some sort of watermark on videos to show who is the user that downloaded it or played the clip.
