Like obviously its SUPER unploshed and things will get scrapped but I was trying to say to them like, based on the visual of the games direction its just gonna be RDR2 x GTA (which is a great thing for the most part). People have waaaaay to high expectations for this game, it will hurt them and the game when it releases.
The stuff with the trunk is gonna annoy people and treating the car like a horse will also get quite tedious
It wont matter to me as much but I know the people who like the spontaneity of gta and being a walking death machine will HATE THAT S***
Cant pull a minigun out of your ass to mow down 5 helicopters and 20 cars anymore. Being able to switch and crash your car was always fun. Now you'll just have your pistol to survive.
Ill still love it but I do see this as a turning point. The gaming audience seems more jaded than ever and theyre gonna go so hard on Rockstar for this and whatever else they can nitpick. Rockstar wont care because they're going to make billions on it but you will see so much b****ing about this game.

maxxingoh I’m def a gamer like that, gta just never looked interesting to me. my fav games are red dead redemption, fallout 3, mass effect, kotor, deus ex, windwaker, etc.

revolver is such a drastically different experience, it's alot more of an arcade shooter kind of vibe
jokes aside though I dont think you need to play anything to be ready for GTA6. Being familiar with RDR should have already given you enough familiarly with Rockstar's HUD style

I agree a lot of people are gonna b**** about this like crazy, but I think Rockstar is looking at the long term with this move. RPG elements are going to lend themselves to Online way better and this whole RPG testing ground can be seen as a foray into an actual VR world one day
