I mean I get you there being honest many times has screwed me over and at the end of the day people will clown you more for eating dirt and being a good person than lying / being evil
I feel like if you're truly a good person, but you also have a sense of what's realistic/possible, you've came to the realization that in order to make any substantial change you need to play a bit dirty. Play the game to change the game in a sense
Just rambling at this point, but yeah... We'll talk about revolutions n s*** after we all beat GTA6
One thing I think people might have misguided expectations on - they want the soundtrack of this game to be too much like Vice City's. I keep seeing people want Halls & Oates or similar music for a trailer/in the soundtrack. Vice City had that kind of music because it was set in the 80s, it's not really because of the setting. Halls & Oates, MJ etc aren't from Florida and their music wasn't specific to the region
Rockstar should keep the colourful neon and it looks like they're going to. Keep the Scarface/Miami Vice references. But I don't think they should include too much music from the 80s in the soundtrack or use them in trailers. Use modern artists like The Weeknd, Kavinsky (R.I.P)
All we need is Kodak Black and Tom Petty
GTA VI is in this trailer guys... The hype is real!
why they still make extremely weird advertising but games dont get as as weird
why they still make extremely weird advertising but games dont get as as weird
Well they're still making weird ads at least... But yes they need to do games like how they used to back in the good old days too.
They're too afraid to take risks anymore and think doing it with GAAS games is more than enough.

Making extremely large budget high fidelity games just still is only so sustainable. Especially once its PS6 and graphics/ performance reach a plateu level. Physint, Spider Man 3, Intergalactic dope but their install base enough where ideally we see some lower budget or midbudget weirdness that do take risk. Live service is only so needed even people that play only singleplayer games are still playing for plus which gives them a lot of money as well as the cut of sales and % they get from third party live service games like gta fortnite. Even if they dont have their own first party live service game where they would get the largest piece of the pie. Marathon gameplay seems dope but as only an extraction game it was never going to be that for them. Destiny 3 would be their easiest lay up but they laid off the staff

Floridian death metal is mandatory

GTA always has a classic rock station, why wouldn't this? Especially when vice city had one of the best and is known for it

This will have classic rock. It's almost a no brainer.

The V soundtrack was kinda weird at first pre updates; the rock station wasn’t necessarily that great but they had great variation with Vinewood Boulevard radio capturing a lot of the underground rock/surf punk scene and radio x with classic punk as well.

The first trailer had a tom petty song so im guessing this will capture it well

I'm just surprised that this is up for debate, like of course they'll have some 80s Rock
it's part of the GTA DNA

People just talking to talk out of boredom lol. Thats why we need the trailer
got people thinking there wont be a classics radio station in a grand theft auto game

VI should and likely will have an 80s themed radio station, but the only reason people want Halls & Oates kind of music in the trailers/marketing or to feature heavily in this game is because the previous game set in Vice City had that kind of music. But that was because of the period the game was set in, not the location

Nobody's even saying this
