Quality is still a priority but a lot of what you say about mindless fans is true. In the past previews and journalist would have hands on at some stage of development and Rockstar would allow that information out even as we wait on gameplay. So far all its been is "trust us" when yes Rockstar have delivered but a lot of who is at Rockstar has changed and you go them accused on labor abuses as a union fights to form. I trust it will be a solid game for sure while at the same time I am likely waiting in all forms for pc version.

Crazy to think about but that's $1.6 billion at $80. And I seen The Black Hokage make a video about the Ultimate Edition being the most preordered game on PS5 so fair to assume more people bought that version

They definitely got $1 billion in sales already. Only need 12.5 million preorders (actually less than that since not everybody getting the standard version) and the total playerbase between Xbox/PS5 is like 130 million

Niggas just need to be honest with themselves. Still a 9/10 game but I think God Of War deserved that award more because of gameplay

all same year for awards is wild but all to me have some gameplay flaws where I could see someone giving it to any one of them for different reasons. Even with my gameplay flaws with Red Dead Redemption 2 I get it winning story wise and attention to detail

God of War winning though changed Sony as a company even having 2 games nominated same year . Years later Sony Japan would shutdown because in their eyes they want that AAA cinematic game that is going to be nominated for game of the year and get crazy sales so thats the formula now

Yeah I think GTA VI will sell a lot of copies and they'll make its development cost back for sure and then some... Well besides how much they do right now earn from GTA V's online mode and then the GTA VI online mode once it's ready.
