It's because with oled tech they way it displays pixels is actually too fast! Good for pc gaming with high frame rates not good for console
On an older lcd tv, the pixels are physically slow to shift colors. This creates a natural, accidental motion blur that masking the harsh jump between frames in a 30 fps game like gta.
With oleds there is zero natural blur to smooth out the transition, the TV holds a completely static image on screen and then instantly snaps to the next one 33 milliseconds later, simply looks like s*** especially during slow camera pans.
