In theory it should be possible but it's a horrifically-optimised mess of a game, and tbh GTA on mobile always feels horrible

I play San Andreas on iphone daily. But I hear you. I think by 2030’s we’ll see an optimized version of 4 on mobile.

Rockstar have not tried to convince people that the game will be good. This not really a positive thing in my opinion. They’ll just get more arrogant and will do wilder things in the future.
