Well, maul survived his fall and he got cut in half. In rotj, palpatine body was 100 percent since he didn't he get attacked once

It does matter??? He saves his sons life and basically the entire Rebel army. His action was intended to save his son foremost, not kill the Emperor. In which he succeeded in doing. It wasn’t for nothing

Man c’mon, killing the emperor was extremely important because he stops the Sith and brings balance to the force. Bringing him back is just lazy.
