Hot take (prob not):

All of the "franchise ruining" s*** wouldn't be as badly recieved or talked about if the movie stuff was good.

In the first 15 mins the editing felt like Suicide Squad. Not one moment in the movie was enjoyable to watch just as a movie to experience.

I also hated the visual aesthetic of this movie

I thought the movie was okay for what it was. But wasn't the entire Anakin "chosen one" prophecy kinda negated by the fact that he didn't actually kill palpatine?????

It's a shame I liked the first one thought this trilogy had some real potential

then 2 and 3 came along and f***ed everything up
