i mean that's suicide for you. people wanting release but not knowing the long term effect it has on family. suicide in any other way would've had an effect on her kid regardless tho but yes him being present is definitely traumatic.

also the kid is 4, he'll grow up to have his own point of view on this whole thing. not saying i want this but to be consistent with my view, if this turns out be a suicide or he accepts it as such he might grow to understand that he couldn't have helped his mom in that day.

Yeah, but being present? That's f***ed up. And something could have happened to him too in the middle pf there by himself.

My god, that's sad. Rest in peace, i hope she finds her peace in the afterlife.

This whole situation is so sad. The kid is gonna be traumatized for life and from what I've read about drowning Naya went through excruciating pain. Also it's weird how her body has supposedly been found on the same day cory monteith's was found

look dawg i explained that already.
if it was suicide and she wanted to see her kid as much as possible before going then i guess we'll have to accept the risk she took was selfish. if it was an accident it was an accident. maybe we're not supposed to know. maybe that's the whole thing, ambiguity. different endings different closures. he can choose for himself which sees fit (unless further news comes out for each side).

i'm betting our convos gunna loop here.

I’d like to think it was just an accident, maybe she just fell and hit her head or didn’t know how to swim

if this was suicide maybe the most peaceful way to go out was her seeing her son staying afloat as she went down.

essentially like passing away on your death bed with your kids around you.

    yeah....no.

why they gotta be so aggressive with it
they trying to shame people for not saying anything

because they think it props them up above everyone else in a moral sense. they do this s*** with every awful thing that happens

it’s almost religious in a way, like they’re in a race for something. im just stumped on who their god would be

from what i've seen this is a lake known to have many accidental deaths and on top of that she wasn't wearing a life jacket. i really believe if was just a case of her not knowing how dangerous it was and feeling like she'd be safe bc she knew how to swim. something similar happened to a kid that went to my church

all around tragedy though. really gonna hurt her family. RIP Naya

Drowning is painful. And that sounds like a horrid last vision for both parent and child and all other family members for that matter. No chance.
