Teal_he's 4 years old. it would be extremely difficult for him to swim in the ocean, let alone climb into a boat by himself
He had a life vest obviously he wasn’t swimming alone

Lake Piru from what I can see is landlocked so if she drowned or sumn the dive teams should be able to find a body cause it couldnt have gone to the ocean or anything

Y’all really not realizing how easy it is to drown
I’ve been swimming competitively for like 13 years I’m a college swimmer and I’ve still felt in danger multiple times in bodies of water
