Set in a post-apocalyptic society after a catastrophic flu virus wipes out nearly all of humanity, the story follows a pilot named Hig (Elordi) who befriends a cranky gunman (Brolin) as they try to outlast a roaming band of scavengers. Qualley is playing a character named Cima, a young doctor and the daughter of a jaded rancher (Pearce), whom Hig meets on the journey.
bro is such a wild card at his age and has made some true garbage in his time. Napoleon was just a bad version of Waterloo.

true, although I respect that he still has drive and seems to genuinely love what he does, probably got near like 30 feature films, a ton of music video and ad work. Also have to give props for not plateauing to smaller scale productions, even if his approach seems more slipshod. I feel like if the stars align, assembles a good cast, crew and script, he could surprise us with a banger.

he had a cool little stretch there where he made the martian, alien covenant, and all the money in the world back to back but yeah, seems he's back to making crap like the old days.

@jave trailer!

Ridley trying to dismantle these young men’s careers
They really gotta start saying "From the director of Napoleon" so the audience can brace for some bullshit
I like the look of the movie visually
But yeah trailer doesn’t tell us much about the story but hopefully the source material is good
This doesn’t look that good. And yea like somebody else said, it looks kinda boring too
