He worked with Ringo and George. Well...moreso he tried to. But he said they were so ass he'd just send them to "take a break" and come back later to work on it. Whole time he'd bring in Black session player to do their part for them and they did it right while they were away

He also talked about their instrument playing was very basic for a lot of it. They weren't great musicians in the skill sense, he gave george a bit more regard because he actually tapped in more to musicianship

I don't necessarily agree because i think what they did do with their instruments was effective enough but i understand where he was coming from as far as other groups and artists from that time being absolute masters of the instrument
