The map that comes with the game apparently doesn’t feature the island on it.

Though, to be fair, it could be because it’s so far removed from the mainland where the village and castle are featured.

Can’t see Capcom cutting an ENTIRE area of the game off, and cutting Krauser entirely.

Should I give resident evil 7 another chance or skip it and go to 8? it felt rough when I first tried but may give it another chance. Could be not used to first person horror. Truth is I got to give outlast another shot too

I doubt they’d ditch the entire island it’s most likely due to it being off land, way too many important moments on the island

Hopefully they do some alterations to it, because legit anytime I think of it it’s just bland as hell, not to mention how much of it takes place in mines.

i havent played re4 in so long that my memory is kinda blurry when it comes to it. Imma just hold off until the remake comes out.

Lots of of the heavy action parts can be cut idc but I need regenerators, Iron Maiden’s, Krauser, u-3 and saddlers last fight. The Salazar statue would be hilarious if they kept it

playing horror in first person combat and everything takes getting used to. Its how I feel about first person stealth too its just a transition

What about the island seems bland? I do think it’s a bit action heavy but just thinking about going into the labs and hearing the regenators walking around breathing heavily makes my skin crawl
