Maybe play RE3 remake before the OG cus it seems like everyone who played the OG beforehand didn’t like the remake.
I’ve never played the OG and loved RE3 remake; I believe I would’ve liked it less if I did play the OG first.

I mean yeah but re1, re2 and re4 remake everyone likes it as much or sometimes even more than the ogs. Still you can appreciate the improvrments or differences even more. One thing im missing in re4 remake is the campy humor

Did Zeno really need that much more explanation? It’s very obvious how and who he is imo. Plus they need to save room for Wesker in the new remakes coming up . I did think the VA felt weak but the Gideon VA made up for it ten fold.

Apparently the Mansion from RE1 got cut, they should have just gave that to us. Fans are buying and playing regardless.

yeah after sitting with this game for a bit this was pretty much everything i would've wanted for a game that was the merging of two styles of RE and more

the care center and underground grace sections was top notch stuff and could potentially be up there with the RPD from 2 remake, i dont wanna call it for sure since the hype from this game is still fresh in my mind but i def wanna do another run of this down the line.

the leon sections i feel kind of conflicted on how they went about his missions. i get they didn't want the beloved OG character to completely overshadow the brand new character but a lot of those missions were deadass like 5 mins long lol. i almost feel a little misled given the care center from leons POV was used for a majority of his marketing. i really wish that intro section from him was a lot longer cos that was like one of the coolest parts in the entire game for me, it was like his intro level from RE6 but done perfectly and not way over the top like it is in that game. granted they did give him damn near the entire backhalf of the game but even that has some pitfalls just off how limited the enemy selections were for the raccoon city portion. i did have a good time with it all things considered and the game literally had me in awe with the mr. X and hunk reveals but that bike section literally had me weak

overall this is the game to beat this year, i genuinely can't see another game topping this for me honestly unless some insane s*** just drops outta nowhere. 9/10

Apparently the mansion was cut because Code Veronica has a near identical homage of the mansion, and that’s coming out next year supposedly so we’ll see
