Hilarious reading all the spoiler threads and seeing people expressing doubts and thinking the game was gonna be super polarizing.

So what’s the game time on average? Seems like going by the results page the game is around 10-12 hours, but that apparently doesn’t count menus, files, deaths or even cutscenes, so I’d imagine all together it’s more like 13-15?

According to reviews the last half is basically all chaotic Leon action, so you’re in for a good time once you get past the spookies

I feel like after some time ppl gonna be claiming this as a classic in the same breath as RE1/2/4 even if they somehow ruin this second half, everything I’ve played so far has been a true 10/10 and has completely exceeded my expectations

At the start of the basement Grace section, I had about 7 hours of real-world time played and the PlayStation screen was saying I only had 2, and that was only with about 3-5 in-game deaths up until that point. So I think the full runtime of the game is being underreported

Yeah, my s*** was clearly off too. Had 40 minutes of playtime and the dash said I was 22% done and I’d only just finished that Leon intro section.

I found a knife and used it until it broke on ONE zombie. I thought i had unlocked the ultimate weapon until it immediately broke.

Managed to kill the chef as grace, he face tanked the first shot and I almost ran away but two brings him down (headshots at least)

Feel bad for anyone who wasted requiem ammo on the monster
