I remember this and I’m not trying to cape for her but you all have to realise Taylor is similar to MJ, she didn’t have a proper childhood considering she was in the industry from a young age and was very childish from age 17-23. Still not justification but a bit of context

• wanted to become part of the family
• wrote a song about Robert Kennedy and his wife
• started dressing like a WASP in the 50s/60s
• spent a few days with them
• tried at first with Patrick, but he had to leave early
• moved on to his 17 year old cousin, Conor
• started dating him
• his mother had just died by suicide 2 months before
• went public with him immediately after he turned 18
• bought a house next to his after 3 weeks which freaked him out
• was flying him with her private jet so he could watch her shows and stay with her in Nashville
• they broke up just a few weeks after when he had to return to high school. looks like she was done with her Kennedy era
• moved on to Harry Styles immediately
